Happy Feet! DIY Pom-Pom Sandals

Happy Feet! DIY Pom-Pom Sandals

If you don't already know Mr. Kate, you must get right with the DIY gods. First off, Mr. Kate is not a "mister," but a sister -- Kate Albrecht -- and she is an LA-based style and DIY goddess. Her book "A Hot Glue Gun Mess" is written in her signature no-holds-barred style and includes a variety of darling, inexpensive, big-bang-for-your-buck DIY ideas.

To be honest, I didn't come to Mr. Kate for DIY projects, but was attracted (as always) by the shiny gold stars on her website. Namely, her unique "flash" tattoos (by the way, I hate that moniker for her temp tats, though, because hers are SO DANG PERFECT and not as common/basic as what you generally see at Coachella or literally any bikini-clad girl in the US).  Thus, her truly adorable Mr. Kate Beauty Marks are my go-to temporary tattoos and say all I want to say about myself for that instant, but with a pretty little flair. And I can splash baby oil on them when I'm ready to go back to "normal." Whatever that is.

Aren't they cute? Find them here.

Anywho... I saw this project on her blog and had to share it because, as Mr. Kate says, why not?

Super easy, right? You'll be fiesta ready in minutes!
